Ironbark was established in Rawai with a straightforward purpose: to make renting property in southern Phuket a more considered, more personal experience. We work with a small number of clients at a time so that each person receives the attention their situation deserves.
The southern end of Phuket—Rawai, Nai Harn, Chalong—has a character of its own. It draws people who want access to the sea without the noise of more heavily developed areas, who prefer neighborhood restaurants to resort buffets, and who value a slower pace. We know this part of the island well, and that local knowledge informs every recommendation we make.
Our team has spent years navigating the Thai rental market, building relationships with landlords, and learning which properties hold up over time. We share that perspective openly with the people we work with.

During the Rooted Living Search, we review lease terms alongside you and flag anything that warrants a closer look or a question to the landlord.
